Green Dot Walmart Debit Cards A Rip Off , Debit Card Company , Internet

I used to have my benefits and direct deposits, going to this Walmart Green Dot Card. Usually, I could get all my money at the first of the month. Now, Green Dot, tries to tell me, how much of My money , I could get. Mind you, they charge a fee, to get your Own money, a monthly charge, plus a fee, to put money on a card.
That is not all, I had to change cards, because, someone got access to my card info and got $500.00, off my card. I was finally reimbursed, about a month later . This is the worst company, I ever dealt with. Even if you use a Walmart ATM, you are charged. 
Now , I have 3 green dot cards, and is being charged a $3.00 monthly fee, because, i'm not using anymore. I will not, put anymore money on this card(s), period and recommend , no one does either. Scammers, that what they are scammers !
