Green Eco Solutions called me the otherday  and said they were honoring window pros warranty. I had  a problem with a wndow so I said ok. They asked if I needed any other work done and i said no. They wouldn't take no for an answer so i said we could talk about siding for the house. They asked if i wanted a ham, turkey or a gigt card, I said  the card. On sat. dec 16th the guy shows up two hrs. late. The guy repaired the window and we talked about siding about two minutes, he knew i just wanted the window repaired. He sat and talked  about any thing but building products just to get his time in.   He left and i can't believe i forgot about the gift card. After he left i got my mail in and there was a letter from Green Eco Solutions. hes lucky he left. In the letter was my credit report. The cover letter was from GreenEco solutions, it said as discussed during our confirmation process we are providing a copy of your credit report at your request. Please understand this is a free offer and is aquired WITHOUT knowledge of your ssn. Not only does it have my ssn it has my wifes. This was never discussed,  I would NEVER NEVER have a company like this get my credit report.  This  should never happen, Why would Experian release this info. they are there to protect  my credit history not give it out to a company like this. THIS is WRONG.   Never should happen!

Dear Sir
Our attorney gave us the exact language and procedure to obtain credit from a consumer.  We must RECORD the conversation.  We record every conversation for rare situations like this that occur.  If you think about this logically I would ahve to be crazy to randomly pull credit without permission from customers.  Forget going out of business I would have other serious legal issues.

Our procedure is at the time we confirm the appointmtent we inform you the call is monitored and recorded.  Next we ask if you would like your credit report mailed or emailed to you and that we have your permission to obtain your credit.  We do not take anyones ss# however when the report is obtained your ss# is on the report.  Your information is not shared or sold to anyone.  Everything is totally protected within in our office and no one has access to it.  If you contact us I can have yours removed from our system.  Keep in mind we mail or email over 80 credit reports a week!  So either you or your wife gave us permission to pull your credit. 

I truly feel this type of site is just beyond my comprehension of anyone thinking this information is valid in this site.  I could write to RIP OFF that company X steals from customers and I saw it and its true.  Really my x girlfriend now works for company x and I just want to get back at her!!!  No proof is required just write something and then owners of good companies must answer these.  I have Coach Shula as my spokeperson and I am in BJ wholesale club.  They did more investigating about my company that you can imagine.  Do you think they would allow me to pull credit without permission and take the chance of ruining their reputation!

Wouldn't a simple phone call been easier than this?  We have played recording back for customers and they do forget at times saying it was ok to pull credit.  LASTLY, do you think if I was pulling credit without people knowing that I would mail you a copy!!!  That is like killing someone and then sending photos to the police!

So please call us and we will destroy any and all information. I am sure you hear some sarcasm but I just cannot stand these types of sites that tarnish good companies beause no proof at all is required.  I can sit here today and write RIP OFF reports about 5 companies and not one word be ture but it will cause those companies issues whether other people read them and consider doing business with that company. So I apologize for that. Even if you call and I play the recording and you see I am correct it is too late the damage is done.

Dear Consumer,

I of coursse have no idea who you are which makes it impossible to respond.  Let me say this, my company is not in BJ wholesale club as the exclusive SOLAR dealer and have Don Shula as our spokesperson and do well over $15,000,000 a year because we do shody work or have numerous issues. We are an extremely credible family owned busienss.  I too google Green Eco Solution and found nothing like you state.  YOu mention a warranty issue????  I have no clue who you are!!

This site is just ridiculous.  I could say that I know for example COMPANY X adds a sur charge to every bill and the customer thinks its part of the bill.  But really my X wife is dating the owner of that company and I just want to hurt his company.  This site requires no proof. Protected by the first amendment.

Why dont you come into the office and be professional as I will and we will address any and all issues you have. I think it is unfair and down right ridiculous that this is permitted.  Seriously, I dont know you personally but can you imagine that I could go around and make up whatever I want about you and damage your good name.  NOOOO I would be sued for defamation of character and hit with monetary damages.  But anyone can sit down and say whatever they want and cost me sales without any ramifications.

We are a family owned business and this is my lively hood.  I take it so very serious.  If BJ's or Shula and any of our banks thought we did bad business they would drop us like a bad habit.  So all of this information you say you read remeber they can see it to and yet here we are still doing a ton of business and making allot of people happy customers.

Pls stop in and see us.

Dear Sir/Mam,

You certainly did your homework on Mike Mason. Many of us here feel the same and have heard about some of his bad business practices but you have laid it out very clearly.  The reason I am responding to this is that you mention Green Eco Solution of the Lehigh Valley.  This obviously concerns me greatly.  Each office is individually owned.  Mike Mason has NOTHING to do with nor ever has had anything to do with the office in Allentown PA.  If you wish I can provide incorporation documents or whatever you feel will satisfy you.  May offices you the Don Shula name.  Coach Shula has banned Mike Mason from using his name and no one evens knows where Mike Mason is at this time.  Our manufacturer lost over $400,000 when Mason up and left. It nearly put them out of business.  I am not sure if you are a customer or an x employee or??? but I ask that you modify your response please to remove Green Eco Solutions of the Lehigh Valley.  This will effect other dealers that use Coach Shula including myself. As I said Coach Shula has nothing to do with Mike Mason any longer.  Coach Shula is just a spokesperson and has nothing to do with ownership of any Green Eco Solutions company but we enjoy a great reputation here in the Lehigh Valley and we enjoy using Coach Shula. 







I am sorry if you are actually a customer. I have had to deal with this a few times where people confused us with Green ECO of NC and once I explained the actual situation about the lehigh valley company everyone understood.  It is easy to think all companies are owned by one person and now Mason ran to PA to start over.  That could not be farther from the truth. Last we heard he was still in NC.  If I can be of assistance in any way please reach out to us in Allentown.

This is a letter I wrote to your local media about the same time all these complaints started!!!

Paul,
I am writing this in good faith that you will do what is required to inform consumers in your market to BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND IT'S OWNER!!!!

The owner of Green Eco Solutions / Michael R Mason which has no listed address (of course) on their website www.greenecosolutions.info/about.htm    and his so called affiliation with legendary coach Don Shula...

Mr. Mason has been on a state to state terror ripping consumers off for a number of years and consumers in your market need to be made aware of this unethical crook!

He started in the North Carolina area first...with a company named Window Pros....please read and view the following from a local Charlotte television station.

This is the kind of individual he is...having total disregard for personal information of customers and ripping not only customers off but landlords as well.

After he left like a thief in the night from NC he proceed to go to Venice Fl and started the same sort of thing ...as a matter of fact before getting into the window market he was marketing the same thing that he is now with Green Eco Solutions..shortly after he began marketing hurricane replacement windows and was using Don Shula's name as a company representative ....had several mall kiosks set up advertising Don Shula's SmartCar giveaway in order to entice people to sign up for a free estimate. After a few months of his same ole tricks he abandon the Venice operation and moved to Boynton Beach on the east coast of Florida.... leaving in his wake......the following article was from the Sarasota Herald-Tribune...

Of course in a short period after arriving in Boynton Beach rather than use the Window Pros name while marketing it was referred to as Don Shula Hurricane Windows and shortly thereafter he vanished like a thief in the night again from Boynton Beach...where I am sure he stiffed the landlord and took some consumers money and left town..enclosed is an excerpt from the local BBB in Boynton Beach as well as web advertising for Don Shula Hurricane Windows.

It is beyond my belief that an upstanding individual like Don Shula would ever be engaged or endorse such a thief and unethical businessman like Mike Mason ....especially if he ever saw the news report from North Carolina or if he was aware of such activity in Florida on both the West and East coasts.

So in closing ...with Don Shula's name and face plastered all over his new website promoting  Green Eco Solutions in the Lehigh Valley and knowing the history of this corrupt individual please inform your citizens to BEWARE AND BE WARNED he will take your money and run with no regard whatsoever !!!!

Bad Company - SHAME on you.

I posted a complaint yesterday about this company and am in shock over the multiple complaints I am finding. One Google search reveals mass amounts of complaints about this company and its affiliates, that are tied to bad business practices. In my situation, this company decided against doing the right thing when presented with a warranty issue.

"Stay away" is the best advise I've heard. I will be relentless in finding every avenue available to get the word out.

Credit Report Procedures

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have had in regards to our companies procedures in pulling credit reports for our customers.  As per the guidelines mandated by the attorney General we record all confirmations. In doing this we make all homeowners aware that we are recording the call as regulated by the Attorney General. At which time we get permission by the customer to send out a free copy of their credit report. We here at Green Eco Solutions do not have any control as to how the credit report is reported. This is Experion's report and all personal info that is given out is submitted by Experion, not by us. If you have an issue with the information that is on the report please take it up with them and they're regulations.  We here are working in the system that is provided to us by Experion.  If you have any problems we here at Green eco Solutions would be more than happy to help you resolve the said issues at your earliest convenance. Guy was supposed to come by Monday Jan 2 to discuss solar options at 2 PM and never showed up.

Then got a letter in the mail in a flimsy ripped envelope with mine and my wifes credit report in it.

I know whats on my credit report and it does'nt need to be sent to me. Sloppy !!

They never asked for permission for the report and never showed up.  Avoid these people!!
