Green Engery Capital One Shannon Stevens represented that Green Energy Capital was a Commercial Real estate Lender anf Fund by a group af very wekk know wealthy persons New York, New York

 Green Energy Capital One is a scam shop. Shannon Stevens who is connected silicited prospective clients and promised quick Commercial loans at great rates, The scam was you submitted your loan request and an LOI was issued at very attrctive terms after that they collected $2500 for a backgroung check which was wired to a bank and deposited in the account of the company doing the backround check .

After more investigsation that company paid for the backup report was owned by the same principal of Green Energy Once they received the"Backround Report" they would issue their binding commiment to fund. Which were never issued, If you attemted to cotact her she never would answer her phone and the mail box was costanly full . 

They were introducd to me by another broker who had a few of his clients ripped off. I had Three

Shannon would appear out of nowhere at times Messages "your commitment is coming" greeting cards on holidays  etc but never would take calls or deliver. Then faded away. This is a definite scam to fleece prospective borrowers out of $2500 each. Which was not difficult to get a client to pay
