Green Leaf Cleaners GL Dry Cleanign scamers Internet, British Columbia Canada

Green Leaf Cleaner pro claims that they are an eco-friendly dry cleaner but they are scammers. The owner for the company has no idea whats going on; they first had an office in downtown Vancouver on Burrard Street which was closed due to the rent not being paid. From September 2010 to the present they have only two stores open which belong to their family.

How they scam you:

At first they get together to find out what you do for work, ( they are looking for people with no knowledge of business) and also what your week spots are, if you ask to many questions then they back away. If you dont ask questions then they give you a dream. They wine and dine you to let you know that if you join their franchise that you will live like this too. After they get you to sign a franchise agreement and ask for 15,000.00 for a franchise fee which will hold the price. Then they force

you into a lease and promise that the store will be complete in 4-5 months. After the 5 months you find out that the construction hasnt even started. When you asking they keep telling you that it will be finish, mean while your free rent period has finished and you stuck in a 5year lease paying the rent, they never complete the store  and stop picking up your phone calls. 

Also if you dont have the funds to pay the full amount for the Franchise Deljeet shorkar will tell you that Green Leaf will put up the rest of the funds and you can pay them monthly have the 1yr the business is open. All they are trying to do is get in to your money. They never tell you who the owner is at all even though this is a family business. when you look up Green Leaf name in the court bc ca site each individual has a judgements and court cases going on. Also there houses are under foreclosure. All the funds they collected are just to pay there lawyer fees. 

All the landlords in Vancouver, surrey and coquitlam know about this company and wont lease to them. Green Leaf has stolen for 1.3 million from innocent people if this company approaches you please contact the Vancouver police department of the surrey RCMP they already have a file started
