I was mislead into buying a car (a Volvo) from Green light Auto in Canoga Park. They said it went through a thorough inspection but I just do not believe it.

My car is in the shop as I am writing this. The mechanic found so many problems with my car that I cannot fit them all in this complaint letter let alone remember what they all are. I am overwhelmed with stress. I purchased an extended warranty at the dealership when I got the car and chances are most things will not be covered.

The head mechanic who happens to be a great person asked me where I bought the car and I told him Green Light Auto on Canoga and he immediately said he has had problems with them.

I am now waiting for an inspector from the warranty company to inspect all the problems the mechanic found. I won't know those results for days. I am now without a car for an undetermined amount of time and cannot afford a rental.

To be honest it's easier to say what actually works on the car than what does not work literally. I feel very manipulated. I wish I was car savvy to of been able to look the car over before I made everything final. It seemed to have run good.

I am still paying the loan on this car. I do not know what I will do if the warranty does not cover at least the major issues. I am aware of other complaints about this place and I can't believe they are still in business. I have been completely ripped off, screwed if you will and now I m sure too much time has passed for any kind of justice. Most of the things wrong with the car I would not have known to look for.

In a perfect world I would like all my money back and to be rid of this vehicle.
It's embarrassing.

Long story short, I needed a car and they took advantage of me and other customers as well, I just know it. This dealership knows what they are doing when it comes to ripping people off. I believe I got a lemon and didn't know it until it was too late.
