I was called by GS-PS to provide an estimate to get a multi-family property up to building and fire codes for a Bank owned property. I was then awarded much more work than originally expected. Although I am a one person handyman service company, I did almost $4,000 worth of work getting a 3 family home up to building and fiore code. During the renovations, every phone call and e-mail was promptly returned and communication was fantastic. As soon as the project was done and a final invoice was sent... it was like crickets during a summer night. After many attempts I finally got both a USPS letter and an e-mail stating that I would be paid. But a check has never come! Do not get stuck holding the bills. Beware!

I too have a handyman business in Corpus Christi TX and was sent to provide photos and estimate for an REO. In March 2012, I received this nice letter stating my payment would be sent as soon as GSPS resolved their temporary financial issues. On May 14, 2012, Taleinna Simon sent an email stating a check would be put in the mail that week. And now, a year later, I notice their FAX number is not in service.
