We have been offered different prices for the home but Green Tree will not take the offers. They say they can not do that. With the market the way it is you would think that they would help people but they do not. We had to relocate because of my husbands job. So now we are making the payments for 2 places and we are about to let the manufactured home go back to Green Tree because we can not continue to pay for both homes. Someone please help.
