This company is such a rip off, you can't get good customer service. I asked to speak with my agent's manager because doesn't know anything. I spoke with the manager  Kevin he didn't give a chance to talk . He said what he had to say and hung the phone up in my face. I did not choose this company it was sold from a Bank of America portfolio. My mortage payment has even gone up they state is was a shortage in my escrow and blamed it on Bank of America. I am just fed up with this company. I tried to do a modification last year faxed over all my paper work and they couldn't find it. Same issues this year faxed over all required paper work and they act like they don't know what to do with it. This company needs to get some people in who knows the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
