Green Tree Servicing They lied, etc. St Paul, Minnesota

I had lapsed in payments on my mortgage after 2 presonal tragedies struck my household.  I was served a Notice of Motion of Default (foreclosure and judgement) only 7 days before the Court date bu Green Tree's law firm.

When I called them to ask for the amount so that I could make some arrangements for financing, they said they'd need to ask the Law Firm and they'd get back to me.  2 days later, I called the law firm directly & they said they have no record of Green Tree requesting an amount.  They lied!  That's why they couldn't get me the amount... because they never bothered to really call for it.  Now precious time is wasting away.

I called Green Tree again to let them know that the jig is up: I know they never really called the firm for the attorney fee amount.  Suddenly, they said they'll get an answer in 24 hours.  Hmmm.  They keep  an amount that excludes their attorney's fees, which will NOT stop the foreclosure procedure.  Another lie they told me.  Thank goodness I hired an attorney, otherwise, I would have been gullible enough to believe all of Green Tree's lies. 

The company rep, Jody, actually called my work many times around 3pm & all other times, too.  My issue is more that she SCOLDED me for not answering than that she called my work.  Apparently, she wants me to hang up on customers & lose them so that I talk to her.  Also, 90% of the time that I call Jody back @ ext 64949, she's not available.  

These people have no clue that without my job, I won't be able to catch up on my payments.  They don't care if I lose my job.  If the court renders a judgement against me, I won't have a job.  It seems like they don't want me to
