When i requested to speak with someone else he refused.I also asked if i could get the number of a home office he also refused that..I told him from now on i would deal with someone else.I called every where to try and get another number finally found it called told the lady on the other end what i was told about stopping payment she stated that he could not do that and gladly went in to see if my payment was still active it was ..This man has no reason to talk to people in the manner that he does he will call day in and day out he will get very rude threatening if you speak with him..This company is the worst i have ever had to deal with..

Example: If your payment is $500 a mo and you are behind Jan 1sts payment and feb 1sts payment and you speak to your rep on Feb 16th - if you havent been hanging up on your Rep all month or havent broken tons of promises in the past and you explain your situation - i'd be willing to bet you Rep will offer to set up just Jan's $500 and will even give you till the last day of feb to come up with the money - BUT, if you refuse payment and ask to speak to a Manager - I'll be willing to be the MGR requires you to pay what you are due for s of that day $1000 and if you can not make the payment - most likley you account will be defaulted because again - you are not following the guidelines in your contract - 1 full payment every 30 days!
Maybe you should just be honest and listen to what your rep has to say - believe me he/she does not want to take your house by any means!
