GreenDot Call GreenDot regard putting money on my son's college MasterCard. Gave them the information frome card. So they can put on my son's card but it never happen. They kept the $360 nothing was put on his card . I am very upset so. Away without Brunswick, Georgia Nationwide

Contact someone over the phone with GreenDot. Asking them to take money off the GreenDot reload card and put it on my son's college MasterCard. After giving them all the information they kept my $360.00 and did't placed the money on my son's card. So he's away in college without funds. I am very upset about this I don't have money to throw away like that. And every time I call the number back it is busy. The so call number is 1-818-570-5090. I hope this company can help me with this natter.

sometimes all someone has to access the internt is a phone. spelling and grammar mistakes can be made by hitting the wrong key. also, when people come here they are already upset. they do not need little trolls like you acting like you are better than them. this person is probably a wreck trying to get money to her college student. i know i would be if my child could not access funds i had loaded to a greendot card. and greendot's customer service agents are some of the worst in the industry. so, i am sorry you are havinga bad day, but don't be so incredibly horrible to someone who is already having a hard time. not everyone has the grammar or spelling skills you obviously pride yourself on.
