GreenTree Servicing Ripoff artist Nationwide

GreenTree Servicing is about as fraudulent as any company in the USA. WE, my wife and I have been fighting with them , GreenPoint, GreenTree for 10 years . They have sent us invalid statment on our loan , sent loan contracts we never signed ,showing they could raise our unterest rate at will.

Stated they didnt have to follow any goverment guidelines. Send us notices that we are late even before the payment is due. Took out multiple payments from our account and said they didnt get them even though the bank shows they did. They tried to access my account by using my wifes name. Her name is not on my account. They refuse to send us payout copies for the start of the loan. They dont record payments unless they want to. They over charge for insurance, sometimes as much as a house payment $4-$800.00 a month, just insurance.
We have been late many times ,due to illness, mine mostly. But we always pay up. But its never enough. These people , These FRAUDS, need to be stopped PROSICUTED to the full extent of federal law.
