Greendey sent me an estimator, after 1.5 hours of discussion we have agreed for $1950 for overnight delivery. They charged me appr. $390 when I signed the contract. Then I got a call from Greendey for an approval of charge of $1000 on loading day. They charged my card 3 days before delivery. The remaning amount was around $500 and it was due on delivery date. They charged another $1000 instead of $500. After loading the truck and truck disappeared, I called a call from Greendey stating that they didn't know about overnight delivery and for overnight delivery they wanted $4800 extra. I refused. They offered me an option of 7-10 business day delivery. I desperately accepted. They did not deliver my belongings in 7-10 business days. I called them several times regarding to new delivery dates. They told me 2 different days and they never showed up. I kept calling their 888 customer service number and they placed a block for my and my wifes phone numbers.Outrages customer support. I, my wife and my 3 year old son spent 25 days in an apartment without anything. We had to buy an air matrix, pillows, plates, etc to live in an empty apartment. I and my wife developed backaches meanwhile. After 25 days, they delivered my belongings. After unloading, truck driver asked to sign the paper. On the paper, I noticed an extra fee of $396 for a washer less then 6 cubic feet.I refused to sign the paper. Horrible horrible company, outrages customer support. While searching on the internet, I noticed that Greendey people put my and my wifes name on this website without any evidence of what we did. This company is the worst company I ever worked with. If I were to grade them from 1 to 100, I would give them -1,000,000 points.!
