Their customer service is Non-Existent and they do not like to help ANYONE get money back if something was wrongfully charged.
They back the companies that over charge and secret charge!! Then when you try and get the money back, or attempt to file a dispute they give you a LARGE run around.
When you DO complete everything they ask, they then will say that the charges are not fraudulent.. even though I never once authorized any monthly debits.
I feel this kind of fraud is becoming more and more widespread. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. This company is bad.
Use NETSPEND instead. Great customer service.
