Greenworld Restoration LLC based in Austin Texas is not what the owner and founder of the company portray to be. They physically have no functional communities and most recently had a house fall apart in Haiti due to the humility. I would highly recommend that any company that considers doing business with Greenworld Restoration LLC does a significant background check on all the principals of the company which as you will find there are some very serious criminal convictions that have taken place. They represented to our company that they where finalist in the Clinton Foundation rebuilding Haiti. What they did tell us is that they where 1 of over 100 and eventually did not make the cutt. The management is not a group of people we will ever work with again.

UPDATE on Michael Torres and Tre Krueger

FACT: This week the Texas Court of Appeals overturned all rulings against Mr. Krueger and has indeed found the injunction to be VOID.
All allegations that Mr. Torres has brought to light about Mr. Krueger using this website are officially false. The fact still remains that Mr. Torres allows others to raise money for his companies and uses these funds to do as he pleases. A lien has been placed on his house to keep him from selling it and fleeing the country. He must appear in Federal court to answer charges that are brought against him. The fact still remains he was convicted of assault on his wife.
PLEASE use extreme caution if you find yourself near Mr. Torres. He is extremely litigious and will use whatever means necessary to get, as he puts it, his vengeance. He is definitely not the person he claims to be.

Looking over the Greenworld Website, it speaks about paying if forward and helping people. Why on earth would someone need vengeance if they are trying to help others. Clearly, the company is misrepresenting itself or just possibly under very bad management. In either case, please be forewarned about who you are dealing with.

It seems to me that there is a definite feud between this Mr. Torres and Mr. Krueger and based upon my research Mr. Krueger and Mr. Torres have a jury trial date set in Federal Court on December the 9th 2013.
By also digging further into Mr. Krueger's criminal and civil actions it seems that Mr. Krueger has appealed any such rulings and been released and in deed did not spend the last 6 months in Prison. The entire injunction against Mr. Krueger for which he was sent to jail for has the potential of being rendered "Void" which seems to my group to not be in the best interest of Mr. Torres. I do hope that Mr. Torres has a good appeal attorney that actually knows the law that which he claims to protect and uphold is doing.
Mr. Torres has indeed lost our potential business in the mere fact that he has been convicted and sentenced to over a year in jail for beating his wife, something that my board and I can not condone on any level. I am not taking any side on this debate on who and who isnt a bad guy however the facts speak merely for themselves. We are a large group that was potentially going to invest a great some of money with Mr. Torres and after our detailed due diligence process the truth surfaced and we will not suscept ourselves to this drama.
I hope any potential investor with either Mr. Krueger or Mr. Torres do their due diligence and let the facts speak for themselves.

Krueger is yet again attempting to divert your attention away from the important matters at hand. He ironically accuses of misspelling and then misspells the very next word.
The world needs to see that Krueger is only continuing to build the case against his own stupidity and should not be allowed near a computer, much less your wallet. He will screw both, to be sure. Petty little accusations from a petty little fellow.
The public needs to be aware that there are no fewer than four pending lawsuits against Mr. Krueger. These are in addition to the cases where he has recently served time in jail and prison over the last 6 months, and he only continues to lash out because he has no other avenue to release his frustrations. Even his wife has now left him, his attorneys will no longer represent him (he keeps stiffing them... and not just on the bill), and his own father just knows he's a little pr*ck. These are all FACTS.
Justice is coming. He can keep running, but vengeance will be mine.

Since the last post, Mr. Krueger spent the holiday season in PRISON in Travis County, Texas for numerous criminal and civil violations (FACT!). This small man is not to be trusted in any shape or form. The actions of the courts speak clearly for themselves. Currently, Mr. Tre Krueger has been seen traveling around Oklahoma and Texas, setting up numerous false companies (FACT!) and swindling would-be investors out of their money (FACT!). This even includes little old ladies in Oklahoma on pensions (FACT!). This is the lowest form of scum possible and everyone in this country needs to watch out for this little fellow, as the time he spent in prison doesn't even seem to deter him from stealing from anyone he meets. Please be on the lookout for this fellow as he will try to con you from the second he sees you, as evidenced from his false posts on here to try to smear GreenWorld Restoration and Michael Torres. As you can see from the juvenile comments made by Mr. Torres, that he is truly a person that no one should be involved with. One would think that such an astute business man would not have the time to file a rebuttal or create false accusations against a former friend and business partner.

One would imagine that as much time as the author of this fictitious report spends online creating false companies and resumes, that he might actually be able to properly construct and punctuate a sentence by now. I believe the reason for his inadequate size is primarily due to his propensity to spew never ending amounts of feces from his mouth. There is nothing worse, is this world we live in, than a sore loser. Justice may be slow, but make no mistake, she is thorough. Mr. Krueger might want to keep his antics on the playground where the maturity level is a little more comfortable for him, as well as the average height. Have no fear, for his muzzle is fast approaching. Michael Torres is a reputable man with a reputable company. The allegations against Greenworld Restoration are backed by no merit and carry as much credibility as Tre Krueger deserves. Anyone that has had the distinct pleasure of business dealings with Mr. Krueger understands exactly where to file his opinion of Michael Torres and Greenworld Restoration. It is filed along with every other segment of verbal vomit he manages to force out of his uneducated mouth.
