Greg Bohl sticks his head out?!
AUTHOR: Dwarrenee - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, December 22, 2009
My name is Greg Bohl and I was affiliated with a company named "Consumer Credit Services of America". I was also affiliated with a company named "American Bankruptcy Centers". However, I have never been affiliated with any company named "American Tax Relief". In fact, I have never even heard of it. The Wilshire Boulevard address and phone number you listed are not mine, either. I have never placed an ad in the USA Today newspaper or any other newspaper regarding taxes. However, I do get reports about me from lots of companies with names like "Consumer Credit", "Consumer Credit Sevices", etc. I have no clue how you connected my name to a company called "American Tax Relief", which I have absolutely never heard of.
When I type in my name and see an allegation that I stoled $5,000 from someone for taxes it makes me very mad. Please check your facts and remove this allegation about me immediately. Although RipOff Report is protected under federal law from libel suits for statements posted by third parties on this website, whoever made this report about me is not. I can file a "John Doe" suit against you in federal court (or in the state court where I reside) for libel and subpoena RipOff Report to find out who you are.
Please check your facts and update your report immediately.
Greg Bohl
