Greg Davis, Discount Shutters and Blinds Discount Shutter and Blinds with different addresses in Simi Valley, Ca. gave a 3 week due date and took $500 as a deposit but after 4+ weeks no one ever called. I requested a refund and Greg said he would write a check but I have never received it. He made excuses twice a Simi Valley, California

Greg paid me back $300 of the $500 he owes me, not including my court fees, and he only paid me back $100 a month stating he didnt have any money. Mind you he drives a very nice top of the line black mercedes benz. He stopped paying me a few months ago, even tho he said he would continue to make payments. My attempts at contacting him failed and the moral of the story is once a liar/theif/conman, always a liar/theif/conman. I actually feel sorry for this guy, what a terrible way to go thru life. I will post as much as possible online so no one else gets scammed. I have all the texts and court  papers to document and prove I am not lying.

By the way, the bullshit he is saying about my shutters being an odd size is riduculous as to why he didnt complete the job. The window may be odd, but definately doable as I have received other quotes on it. Its not that irregular and plus, I have the text messages and phone conversations to prove he told me that he used my money to fund his cash outflow problem. he never even started the shutters. But what would you expect from a liar??? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM

You stole from hundreds of customers and then filed bankruptcy!

Mike Margott, Kenneth Montoya and Kristen Wolfe were the (so called) master minds behind the scam. 
They took deposits from hundreds of customers, never paid sales tax to the BOE (While using my resale # and my accounts). Mike Margott also filed Bankruptcy to protect his butt.

I have filed a complaint with the DA regarding Ken, Kristen and Mike for using my resale account in order to purchase product from suppliers tax free, and also for collecting sales tax from customers and not paying the state those funds. Tell your "buddies" that this is a felony and they will go to jail. I just wonder how involved you and your husband were is all this. Seems to me that your husband put the company in his name in order to help hide Kenneth and Kristen. He too would be implicated in this crime if this is true. 
Stephanie, the smartest thing for you to do is to stop your gossip and watch out for yourself and not Ken and Kristen. They are crooks! They took hundreds of thousands of dollars and took advantage of others. You do not know the whole story. You only know what Kristen told you. She is a mentally disturbed person with anger issues. She tried to have an affair with Mike Margott (in fact, it very well may have happened from what I saw with her text messages to him and the naked pictures she sent to him). So get your facts straight before you cast judgement on others. I have my facts straight, these people are crooks and they still owe me several thousand dollars! Oh, I forgot, they put me in their bankruptcy! Why would they do that if they didn't owe me anything?  hmmmm.....

So you've refunded ONE customer.. Probably because you were forced to.. What about the hundreds of other customers you've stolen money from? CROOKS!

This customer has been refunded in full.
We were unable to make the arch shutter for her home because of it's odd shape.
We have since refunded this customer the full $500
