Greg Gehlen Canyon Capitol, Escient Group Tryed to move us into unlivable conditions!! Las Vegas, Nevada

This guy Greg Gehlen is a real scam artist. He puts houses on the internet to rent to consumers but little do they know the house is unlivable. When we first talked to him on the phone he let us know that the house had brand new interior paint and flooring and he basically talked the place up so he could rent it out. Well we took his word and went for it signed the lease and gave him all of our money. Once we got the keys we were so excited to see the inside. Once we entered hell froze over. It was disgusting!!! There was holes and chunks missing from the floor, and the cabinets. The walls were all scraped and blackened. Nothing and I mean nothing was new!! The worst part would have to be the black mold in the garage, or the stagnent water in the air vent. This place is gross and needs to be shut down and inspected!!
