I received a call from Greg Murphy of payloans of America promising to put $1500 on my green dot card.  I purchased the green dot card on 12/1/12 card number 4606 9700 3595 4217 which is a valid thru 07/16 and is a temporary card.  I put $270 on the card with no funds available to me.  I received my permanent card on 12/12/12 card number 4250 3200 0554 3906 which is valid thru 12/14 with my name on it (Vicky Battle).  I called green dot customer service and was informed to contact the local authorities to file a report.  I am a disabled spouse of a veteran that served the United States Military and I'm on a monthly budget.  This transaction was suppose to help my grandson out for X-mas.  I am seeking compensation for my $270 and the $1500 from this fraudulent act perpurtrated by this individual and company.
