Gregg Franks A concerned parent rocklin, California

Respected sir/madam,

We are hoping to find some help. We have found out that GREGG FRANKS aka GEORGE GREGG FRANKS of Rocklin, CA has sexually abused two of our daughters. Our hearts were broken when we learned of the hell our older daughter has gone through because of this happening to her when she was younger. Then to our horror, our younger daughter shared almost the same story!! (She had no knowledge of her sisters experience.) We filed a police report and they have totally dropped the ball. I could give details about the "investigation" that would infuriate anyone, but basically we were told that the younger daughters report didn't have enough details to corroborate her sisters story, so they were dropping the case. (They wanted dates, times, addresses etc!) What we got from the detective was "no corroboration--no proof. No proof--no crime". Her word against his means he gets off. We are certain that these girls are not his only victims. If there is anyone else who has experienced this crime, please help us bring GREGG FRANKS to justice! Let's make him pay for the devastation he has caused! We are not leaving our names at this time to protect our daughters, but if you have any information--please reply to this website. Obviously we are more concerned with the victims than anything else, so this will be handled sensitively.
