Took my car to have minor door dings on one door repaired and when I picked it up it had a scratch on the bumper. The owners son said no problem they would fix it for no charge. I picked it up and drove it home. Then one day after I washed it I saw some cloudiness on the bumper, it was also on the door but to a lesser degree. I contacted them and told them about it and the son told me to bring it up and they should be able to buff it out. I brought it back and they were not able to buff it out and said it was under the clear coat not on top. That is when they accused me of doing several things to cause the problem. That is when I knew I was in trouble and they we going to try to place the blame elsewhere and not on themselves. The owner stepped in and told me talk to him not his son and stated he painted my bumper for free and was not in business to do things for free. Then he told me about having 3 cars worth over $100,000.00 each and how expensive and state of the art his equipment was. He even contacted the paint rep. of the paint products they use and told me if they would pay for it they would fix it if not he was not going to fix it. His excuse at this point was the bumper had been repaired before and it was that shops fault not his and or there was a problem with their paint and not anything they did. Not that there was a problem in the prep process and they would fix it to satisfy me as a customer. In conclusion this company does not stand behind their work so if you have a problem you are on your own. Then the owner proceeded to run me out of his shop and told me to have a nice day. I've never met a owner that was so arrogant and had total disregard for customer satisfaction. Beware!
