Greyhound Bus Lines ripoff- Bus did not stop at terminal Ripoff Valdosta Georgia

Bought a round trip ticket on Greyhound that would drop me off at Valdosta Ga, and I was to catch the bus to return at Valdosta Georgia terminal.

We were sitting in the parking lot waiting on the bus along with three other people that had tickets as well. The bus was to arrive at 5.55 am on 9/10/2006. At 5.42 am we saw a Greyhound bus drive by on the main highway in front of the terminal, but did not turn in nor stop at the terminal. After I spent 45 minutes on my cell with customer service at Greyhound, they informed me that that was the bus for the Valdosta location. Customer service asked" where you visable where the busdriver could see you so he would stop?" Duhhhhhhh? Now I take it that you have to flag the bus down as it is not required to turn into the terminal and " pick up advanced ticket customers".

There is no excuse for a bus not to stop at a bus stop when it is on the ticket that it is to stop there!
