Takes a listing for a business, an employee of business for sale refer a buyer, he takes an offer on an undescrip piece of paper by fax and fax it to seller. After 2-3 faxes and phone conversation, takes offer on photocopie of form supplied by OACIQ. A deposit is supposed to go with it, doesn't get it still send said offer by fax again to seller ,then no follow-up when conditions are met,even advised the said buyer to contact landlord and make him cancel the lease and make new one, then just answer to an inquiry by seller. this buyer is an "arab with no money",even pretended to another prospective client that there was no offer. The deadline pass no news from him,..so one month lost and much money. So contract with him was cancelled as per letter from him by a month later he is still blocking the new realtor from listing on MLS since he is gone on holidays, never took his listing off and never advise the OACIQ...Never make business with this man, he cannot speak french and english properly and has complaints at the OACIQ over his shady work,quite a few in fact. And the OACIQ who is supposed to regulate the real estate professional couldn't care less...They lost the 2 first complaints brought to them and found them only coincidentaly after threats of newspaper article
