I paid for the disc and waited for it. Finally got it in the mail around March 30th and then this morning my bank acount they had taken out 39.95 from my checking. First of all I contacted the bank to let them know this was incorrect then I called the company. Turns out that when you pay for the shipping and handeling for the primary disc our 7 days start right then. Not when we actually log on and start using the service. So if I ordered it on April 1st if they did not mail it until April 15th I would still be charged the 39.95. That is so wrong... I DEMANDED a refund from them. At first they said no and I said yes and they tried to talk there way out and I was not having it. I told them I was reporting them and I got my refund. However I have to tell you. One thing they do not mention is that you are actually buying a subscription of disc. They were fixing to charge my account another 39.95 tomorrow for the follow up disc. You want to get your money back then you call customer service at 866-396-5695 DO NOT TAKE NO FOR A ANSWER, MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT. You will avoid other charges.

First I would like to offer my apologies to Melinda for any misunderstandings that may have occurred when she placed her order for the Google Money Profit educational CD. Melinda states that she paid for her CD and then waited for it and finally received it around March 30th. I was able to locate Melinda's account and have verified that she ordered her CD on March 25th. The address she provided when ordering her CD needed to be corrected for errors made when she entered her mailing address information into the order form, this was done on March 27th and her CD was then shipped the total time she waited was 5 days. This is an exceptional delivery time considering the errors that needed to be corrected and our commitment to have your CD delivered to you within 10-14 days. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Melinda had she canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.
When you order our product you must select "Ship My FREE Kit!". Right next to that button is the following statement:
Terms and Disclosures. By clicking "Send My Software" I am ordering the Google Money Profit CD and trial membership for $1.99 for Shipping and $1.00 for Handling/Insurance, after the 7 day trial I will be charged $39.95 a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the 14 day and 21 day bonus trials to Grant Master and Network Agenda for $7.95 a month and $9.95 a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "Growing Rich W/ Google." For questions, call 866-396-5695.
All customers are given access to the memberships immediately upon completion of the ordering process. The trial period is not for the CD. We do this so you do not have to wait for the CD to arrive before you can begin the educational process. If she felt or feels this is wrong, perhaps she should have read the offer before entering her information, then she would have known exactly what she was purchasing. Upon being charged Melissa did contact our customer service department and a courtesy refund was processed on her behalf even though it clearly states in the Terms and Conditions of the offer that all recurring charges are non-refundable.
Melinda also states that this is a subscription to a series of discs. This is a completely false statement. As you can see in the disclosure above it clearly states that the $39.95 is for continued access to the membership site. This can be canceled at anytime during the trial period or anytime thereafter, there is no commitment required.
