When we bought our [brand new] motorhome the bathroom was damaged on route from another state. That was in August 2013. There was a dozen items to be fixed.

But there was also a dozen excuses to why it wasn't fixed. And they do not call you back or keep you informed.

We are still waiting for our MH to get fixed 5 months later February 2014.

We bought our 1st brand new MH the last weekend in August 2013. As it was being transported from another dealer, the driver never thought it was a good idea to do a walk-thru inspection before leaving and proceeded to drive at least 100+ miles with the bathroom (mirrored) cabinet door banging back & forth.

As a result the door broke off from the medicine cabinet, damaging the sink, base cabinet, floor & wall mirror. How can someone drive all that distance without hearing banging and crashing?

Upon receiving the motorhome, Grumbines never did a walk-thru inspection until after making arrangements for us to drive 98 miles one-way to pick it up. 

As 1st time MH owners, we were not shown how to operate the generator, inverter & levelers to name a few. We were then given a quick and uninformative delivery walk-thru because another [much more] pricer MH was scheduled for the same delivery time.

While finishing paperwork, they closed up the MH without showing us all that needs to be done EVEN though we requested it. When we entered the MH to leave, chairs were left on the couch, some drawers & cabinet doors were left open and the removable table & metal post were left unsecured next to the drivers seat.

After waiting 6 weeks for parts we returned our MH for repairs in the 1st week of October 2013.  It is now February 2014 and repairs are still not done. Throughout this ordeal we have made numerous requests to be updated on the progress, which they must feel is not nessecary because WE have to call continually to find out what is going on.

Is this common with other rv dealers or is it just Grumbines poor standards?  Signed,  still waiting.
