This woman preys on people in the Latino community with her hypocritical friendly approach.  In reality, she's a bottom-feeding grifter that targets people that are loosing their homes.  She uses her real estate agent credentials to offer hair-brained loan modification and mortgage takeover schemes involving bogus lawsuits and other delay tactics.  Unsophisticated people are susceptible to these offers.  They put their hopes on her bogus promises and pay money for services that in the end yield no results other than to put money in Lupe's pocket. She's the type that will drown puppies if she thinks she can get a commission for it. 

My family almost fell into her trap but thank God for google.  A simple search reveals she is loosing her own properties and has filed for bankruptcy.  She has been a named defendant in at least 2 fraud cases in the Los Angeles County Superior Court and has been involved in a variety of lawsuits both as an individual and as the operator the business called Building Blocks.  If her schemes haven't worked for her how can they help others?
