Very bad illegal telemarketer. Responsible for thousands of calls to people on the DNC list. Uses dozens of fake names (TMC,T CORP,card services,cust services,GCI etc) and numbers (206 415 8940,206 415 8880,206 278 9390,206 415 9327,231 224 2000,231 224 2020,269 537 2020,269 537 2031) etc.
Uses a predictive dialer to call people and then hang up, in order to find good numbers for Dish Network. They also make illegal prerecorded calls.
This company was sued by the Attorney Generals of PA NC MO and cited by the FTC. Marathon Communications (800 919 1000), a Seattle phone company, provides phone numbers for this and other illegal telemarketers.

This report is bogus. I have never been accused of fraud and I didn't even do telemarketing. It is true that I was sued by several states and the FTC but I did not do what I was accused of. I am a programmer and I developed telephony hardware. I owned telephony hardware that other telemarketing companies used. Even though I wasn't the telemarketer I paid the $17,000.00 per year to subscribe to the national DNC list to make sure no calls went through my equipment that would be in violation of the FTC DNC list.
I also paid an additional $140,000.00 per year in services and employees to make sure my equipment was in compliance. Because of morons like Josh and this SM from California I was falsely accused of many things which destroyed my business. These people posted a picture of my house on the internet and made threatening phone calls to my wife at 2:00 in the morning. What these morons don't realize is that scam companies don't make their personal information available to the public. I think it's sad that a couple morons posting lies can ruin a persons reputation and business. And the worst part is they don't have the balls to post their real name.
