The paperwork said the card would be issued in 3 - 4 weeks. My money order was cashed on October 13, 2004. On November 11, I sent an e-mail to a web address I found for SMS requesting information about my card. I received a canned e-mail back today indicating that "we will be contacting you shortly with your status of your card" from "Massimo M" in Customer Service.
Feeling frustrated, I called the original toll-free number (1-888-406-4353) and requested information about how to contact the bank my card through which my card should be issued. I encountered a person who would tell me nothing and claimed to know nothing except to wait a couple more weeks. HA! I asked for her supervisor, and they were all "busy." I asked for their extension or direct number. She couldn't give that to me. She could give me an address--which I forgot to get when I told her I belived this was a scam and that I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorneys General Offices. Click.
This is criminal, and they should be put out of business. Any ideas other people have about how to get our $$ back, would be appreciated.
thanks--
Sandra
