this was my first time ever accepting a credit card offer. i am a single parent that owns NO credit cards i was trying to get somewhere in life and my credit established. they informed me if i payed the fee of 249.00 i would receive a 2000.00 limit on the card.i repeated everthing back to this nice young man on the phone and he agreed with what i knew he had already said. like other reports ive read on this company...i got the package with no credit card so i called and was told to sign and send back the application( please note that these applications you were to sign were debit like cards with atleast 55.00 fee)when i got someone on the phone stated her name was mandy carr...she said i was told that this was a STORED CARD, i informed her i had never heard of that and she said the phone conversation was recorded so i asked her if we could listen to it (not in those exact words)she then said sure whats your verication number i said mam i told you at the beginning of this call that i didnt have it and you went by my phone number for everything else because she had went by my phone number, she then said lady you can go blow a kite and hung up on me. i had asked repeatedly for a supervisor and was told SHE was the supervisor and i asked for her boss and was told i would have to write the company. what i wanna know is WHAT THE HECK IS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS? this is crazy that someone can just take your money and theres no one to help. i have been told that i will probably not get my money back.
