Guardian Financial Group rip off never go to them if they call you cuss them out for me Charlotte North Carolina

I was recently ripped off by 'Guardian Financial' on 2-22-08 & 2-26-08 I applied for a loan online, and was contacted by Guardian Financial. The man's name was david finch he told me that i was approved for a loan of $10000 but i would have to pay a down payment of $1500 for the first 9 months i told them i wanted to see the contract so they fax me the contract i looked over it and it looked legit that day 2-22-08 i sent the money through money gram to tracy reid at summerland canada british columbia, and the very next day was contacted again,by richard white and was told that because of my credit, that i would have to pay $1500.00 more and it was on 2-26-08 that i sent 1500 more dollars and agian the next day no money so i called them and richard white told me that the lone people backed out and they were going to sue them and they were going to give me my money back on 3-21-08 its 3-20-08 and i called them and there phone and web sight is dissconected so im out $3000 if any on knows how to get the money back please tell i called the police talked to a lawer even filed a report on www.fbi.gov i dont know what to do
