I totally regret ever picking up the phone or reading the ad. These people are truly professionals (so they think) but I am deteremind to receive resolution. Had I only went to this web-site sooner, I would not be in this situation. I have contacted the BBB, the paper in which the ad was placed and of course an attorney. Unfortunatly my bank account is now less $1500.00. I know that you are thinking "idiots!!" Belive me, we are thinking the same.

Jena Benson called and offered us the perfect loan, exactly what we were looking for in our time of need. Everything appeared to be legal, but of course that is what they do. The loan was suppose to be in our account 5/20/08 and we are still waiting. I don't know how many times I have tried to contact Jena Benson and have had no success. So, I called the other extensions listed when you call 1-800-520-9645. X704 - Tina Campbell, she hung up on me several times when I just requested to speak with Jena. 706 - Charles Williams who claims to be a supervisor also hung up on me several times. 707-Monica Mathews she hung up on me and the list goes on. Then I began to fax daily to 216-502-3367 stating that I needed a return phone call. NOTHING!! Finally on 5/28/08 I contacted Jena who told me to let her know if the funds were not in our account 5/29 and she would ensure a refund reached us. Still nothing!! On 5/30/08 I reached her again and she hung up on me. GREAT!! It is now 6/4/08 and I have totally exhausted myself contacting these folks.

No matter how bad you need the funds, learn from me "Don't fall for this SCAM!!"

If anyone out there has received resolution to this issue, please respond as I would certainly be interested in how you accomplished this. What a mind blowing experience, to say the least!!

How people can do this to anyone is beyond me!!
