Dealing with this company has been the worst experience ever. As all the other posts have mentioned. They make it as hard as possible to file a claim. It must be mailed in, not faxed or emailed, although they do email you the initial request. Then it has to be mailed within so many days or else your claim is no good. They have no phone numbers or addresses listed on any of their webpages. The only way I was able to contact them again to check on my claim was by calling the store I bought my furniture at. They sent a repairman out to check on my dresser 3 weeks ago. He confirmed I did indeed have a broken handle and one would have to be ordered. After 3 weeks passed, and finally getting in touch with the company, I was put on hold while the rep read through my file. After 15 minutes of sitting on hold, I called back on another phone line, while the original phone line remained on hold.
I received a recording that said they were closed for the day. So as I was sitting on hold waiting for someone to come back to me, they must have closed up for the day. The next day I called back and spoke to a manager and told him how unhappy I was with the service. Then I was told by the Manager, Mr Patrick Baker, that a new handle would have to be ordered for the dresser. I questioned why this was not done 3 weeks ago when the repairman came to my home. He said the repairman has so long to file their reports. Funny, I only had 10 days to file a claim for service that I paid for, but their repairman has unlimited time to file his report. Now I am have to wait for the handle to be ordered and shipped to my home. Then I must call them back to have them schedule someone to come back and install it. This has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
