Guillermo Moreno is a corrupt and criminal politician who has been appointed to this position by the corrupt and criminal president of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. The president uses secretary Moreno to cover up drug trafficking operations and to allow illegal contraband into Argentina. Secretary Moreno has proven ties to druglords that operate on the south american continent and he uses threats against the media that have exposed him. The goverment of Argentina under Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner is the MOST corrupt regime ever to be in power and are looking to start wars with neighboring countries, in an attempt to avoid paying their sovereign debt. AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH ARGENTINA IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A DRUG DEALING AND CORRUPT COUNTRY RULED BY AN TOTALITARIAN AND ULTRA LEFT REGIME OF FORMER TERRORISTS!!
