Gulf Bay Magazines Dont listen to what you have say or dont explain anything about the billing Seminole, Florida

 I was wondering on how they could charge for something that you never recieved in the mail. then you call them up to let them know that you wanted to cancel the magazines and they say that they cant do it. i dont think it is the way to run a business and i dont think i should have to pay the balance of some old book when they dont send a bill or anything to let you know until it really gets out hand.                                                                                                                              

I dont it is right for some one to tell ya that you may pay for it on a prepay card and you are a day late and they charge you 90.00 dollars for a day late.
