Gunsmoke Gun Shop American Guns (TV Show from Discovery Channel) Purchased a gun over 2 months ago and still have yet to receive it. Cons who take your money and never call. Wheat Ridge, Colorado

My husband purchased me a custom made S&W 38 Special (Whatts) back in December of 2012.  We were told we should get it by Christmas but it was no guarantee.  We had no problem with that because we understood the holiday season and know thinks can take longer.  Well it is now the almost the end of February and still no gun.  I have called them numerous times and they always say it is on its way.  After reading reviews of the company (which we did not do before) I have found out that this is something regular they do to many people.  However this does NOT justify the fact that I have paid close to $700 for a gun I have yet to see.  Everybody says he doesn't give refunds and will charge you up to 20% restocking fee if you demand your money back.  I really do not know what to do at this point because he has my money and I don't have any product for my purchase.  Every time I call I get the run around.  They don't even ask my name; all they say is they will call when it comes in.  I find it ridiculous how they do business there.  I could have purchased a different gun from somewhere else for a heck of a lot cheaper and have something to show for it.  These people are crooks to take peoples money and do not get them their product.  I do not recommend anybody going there.  I will be calling again tomorrow to see the status on my gun.  DO NOT GO TO GUNSMOKE GUN STORE IN WHEAT RIDGE, CO.  You will be disappointed.
