I put a deposit of 300$ down on a puppy that was suppose to be born in september of 2010, apparently the female had a litter of only one puppy which seems suspicious to me, then she said her other dog would have pups soon which it has not. so i asked her to return the money and she refuses, and she is in the wrong you can not take a deposit on a dog and then when said dog is not born refuse to return the deposit, that is just criminal, i am really not sure if this women is just scamming us or what, but i asked if she could please refund my money and she refuses.

non-refundable deposit

Ok,this ignorant person put down a non refundable 300.00 deposit just like everyone else has to for one of my rotties,after having 1st pick of the litter for months,(I had 5 other deposits by then)he decided he didn't want to wait any longer.What???????I am sorry but when you agree to the non-refundable deposit,stated in the listing,in the email and on the phone,that is what it is.What do you think I have a non-refundable deposit for?what do you think that means?well it means if you back out of our contract,I keep the NON-refundable deposit as stated to you.
You don't make the rules,I do,you can not change them.So then he files a complaint with the state,the state threw it out in my favor!Why?well because it is NON refundable and you knew that!Because I sent them all the paper work and emails between us with you agreeing many times and was shown and spoken to you that it was non-refundable!Why couldn't you take me to small claims?yeah,thats right,because you agreed to my terms of a non refundable deposit and lost it by backing out.You couldn't even file a claim since you would end up paying more money and legal fees for dragging the state and I to court.
I believe this was a blessing,I don't think an angry terrible ignorant person should own a pup of this breed.I feel he would have used the rottweiler pup as a weapon in the future.Everything happens for a reason,and this was a very good reason.
Feel free to contact me about this,I am not a registered breeder,I have my 2 babies(TC and LILY my rotties)and they have one litter a year,before her her mother Sheila was bred once a year.Out of all the puppies I have sold this is the only time I have been accused of doing wrong.Each litter contains about 14 pups,do the math over ten years and see how reputable I really am!:)
