In early May of 2012, I met Diane Candela in the Mattituck Starbucks in the Waldbaums shopping center on Main Street in NY.
She had a problem.
How could she possibly get this new horse she wanted without more money???
Over the course of just two meetings her passion for this horse grew more intense and I was told that I would become an INVESTOR and make money if I had some now...which whe knew I had.
In the second week in May, ten feet from both the entrance to the Starbucks and the Capital One, WHERE I WENT TO GET AND GIVE HER $2000 CASH, Diane Candela got her money and then got her horse.
In the days and weeks and then, yes, the months, that followed, this Diane Candela REFUSED to sit with me to get a contract of our agreement signed.
I even contacted my brother a lawyer from Capital One in Richmond to get what I needed in writing,,,,but SHE WOULD NOT MEET ME.
She had what she needed.
Diane Candela had the money and had her horse.
I was told that I would be paid back in NOvember 2012.
She didn't pick up those calls.
She didn't answer those emails.
Diane Candela needs to be held up to WHAT SHE HAS DONE.
And I will tell everyone reading this that this will never end.
Ever.
I made a terrible mistake with trust, but I will not let up.

In fact, I was recently contacted by a law firm regarding the dealings of Diane Candella.
I was interviewed by a law firm representing individuals in the Carolinas regarding this individual.
Please run for the hills in dealing with this person.

All accusations by Kevin Browne are completely false and preposterous.
At the time I was a partner with the owner of a farm located in Southold. A deposit towards a horse was given by Kevin Browne. Shortly after my horse business was taken over by my then partner against my will while I was caring for my elderly father who during that time passed away. I then left New York and returned to SC to be with my children and grandchildren.
NO horse was ever delivered to this farm. His money was returned to him via Suffolk County Sheriff's Department. He Cannot Deny His deposit Was Refunded.
All Allegations Are False And In No Way Ever Will Refletct The impeccable reputation of the Gypsy Manor Farm Name and Diane Candela who has devoted her farm in South Carolina for the service and healing of others.
Gypsy Manor Farm is in South Carolina. Any horse related activities at this farm in New York have nothing to do with Gypsy Manor Farm or Diane Candela.
Currently there is a law suit being filed against Kevin Browne for slander and charges will be pressed if he does not remove this report.
WE REGRET TO HAVE TO TAKE SUCH MEASURES TO SEVER ANY CONNECTION TO SUCH FALSE STATEMENTS AND CHOOSE TO LET THE LEGAL AUTHORITIES DEAL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL.
