Hector Alonzo promised me a quality, custom fence but put up the world's shoddiest fence.  We were on vacation when our beautiful pool and patio were finished.  Unfortunately, we were gone when the fence was installed.  There is not a straight line anywhere.   The spindles are different lengths, cheap plastic caps, without promised latch to hold the gate open.  The posts have missing and crooked bolts, all around shoddy workmanship.  On top of that, he knocked the corner off my brand new patio hammering in the bolts.  Before the fence was installed he showed up twice and called to aggressively demand money in addition to the materials deposit.  Hector promised to return and repair the problems but will not return calls.
