H & R Financial Services Scam!! Ontario, California

H & R financial took advantage of me when I was at my lowest - losing my house, serious money problems, etc and promised to re modify my mortgage at a very low rate through a "special program" for the state to get that low rate and asked for $1200 to process the refinancing.  After many phone calls and questions and out of desperation - we decided to try it.  Worst mistake we have made - as soon as we paid, they would not answer the phone, emails, anything - they dissappeared.  My husband was more than upset because we used the last of our money for this - he even told them he has 3 kids to support and even said he had thought about taking his own life - still no response.  THis is the worst kind of ripoff - to prey on people who are desperate to hang on to their home and lives - those that have no money.  We should get this money back - we never have.  THis company should pay each and every person back at the very least.
