HACLA Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles He Dresses like a Homeless Man But He is Paid Over $300,000 a Year and he Smells of Cheap Gin Los Angeles, California

Our crooked mayor Antonio "Vilar" Villagagrosa appointed Doug Guthrie to replace Good Bootie Rudy Montiel and his henchman "Kinky" Ken Simmons as the CEO of a sinking ship called HACLA. 

What has Guthrie done since he got here? Other than stinking up the lobby with his horrible body odor and the unmistakable stench of cheap booze and sweat every morning when he arrives to work - not much! He still has Kinky Ken in charge. He never even asked Kenny Boy to return the $100,000 he improperly charged on the CITY ISSUED credit card. 

Here is an average day in the life of Guthrie.  

8:30am - Guthrie drives his CITY ISSUED car into the parking garage, striking the curb several times.
8:45am- He enters the building carrying a cup he claims is "coffee", reeking of a concoction of body odor, bum wine and Aqua Velva. His suit looks like it came from the trash bin behind Goodwill.
8:47am- He staggers into his private office and locks the door.
12:10pm - He comes out of his office, and walks to the Silver Platter.
1:45pm - He comes back to HACLA HQ looking dejected and disappointed that he didn't hook up during lunch.
4:30pm - He gets in his CITY ISSUED car and drives off into the sunset.

How much are we paying this clown do do NOTHING?

I guess City Hall is happy he is sleeping in his office and not stealing the place blind like Simmons, King, Patrice McConnell, Scott Butler etc.
