SONYA the suppose to be owner of hair studio did my hair on sep. 16,2011 the services rendered was braids as i took them out some where around oct. the beginning i noticed she pulled my hair too hard and took all my edges out so i text her this is the way she does business texting she dont take phone calls and all calls go a cell phone of hers if u need to make an appt. u can hang it up she does not answer she wasx finally contacted on oct. 19,2011 and i told her that i need repairs she said she has never had complaints on her work well i never knew anyone to be perfect but GOD and this will be her first complaint she is not professional requested for her to triple my money back so i can get started on repering my hair she agreed and then said lets go to court i was like wow i have pics and all tried to reason with this idot but no happening here all i say is buyers beware of this studio in casselberry she is useless and have no profession
