Enclosed along with the letter was a check in the amount $2,980.00. It states the amount is for administrative payment and for clearance fees.
In addition to the check, the document states that, I am a lucky winner of unclaimed prize money in the amount of $47,000.00 from a sweepstakes drawing in 2007. All participants were selected through a computerized ballot system drawn from readers digest, publishers clearing house, online sweepstakes, internet games etc.
My agent is one TERESA EDWARDS. I am to call her at the following number 705-770-1240. When I call the number a answering machine comes on and the person states the number that I am calling. NO COMPANY NAME, OR WHOM IT IS THAT IS ANSWERING THE CALL.
Also there is no room to leave a message, the mail box is full.
My winnings must be claimed by April 27th 2007. The check appears to be genuine. I will call Morgan Stanley to verify all info and it will be posted on this site as well.
The check is drawn from CitiBank Delaware, One Penn's way, New Castle DE, 19720.
The authorized signature on the check is one ALON SCHENER.
I will call CITIBANK DELAWARE and ask as many questions as possible.
