After I informed Net Detective that I have made formal complaints to various State and Federal Agencies they sent me this email: --- On Fri, 3/5/10, Customer Support <support> wrote:From: Customer Support

To: "'ME'" Date: Friday, March 5, 2010, 8:21 AM--Hello, Please be advised that you will not be able to perform a license plate search, our service can only direct you to an external link to the DMV of the county and the state you are looking to perform a search. A refund has been submitted. If the charge was actually deducted from your account, a refund will be processed and it normally takes 30 days for this credit to be applied back to your account. This is the banks policy, not ours. We initiate the refund immediately. If this was just an authorization (pending charge), this refund will void that charge and nothing will be deducted from your account. If we can be of further assistance please let us know.
