We are not happy with the furniture that we bought from h.m. beacuse of the couch and loveseat the loveseat broke in half and not propertry right and had to bring it back exchange for recliner the recliner is not good shape the phone keep falling off and hard to get level up and down poor shape,.
the vaccum cleaner burns too much and not right rip me off and also the twin matteress and box too cheap wobbley too much my son cant sleep on the bed at all. the queen size matteress and box not too good hurt my back and my wife has bad back due surgery never improve at all since buy it .
we have told the mgrs about iit they dont do nothing cnat do any thing., we want refund they wont give us refund .also the day bed white frame with glass balls the screws coems out too many times wrobbly all the time . dont last that long.
the big couch with two recliners one of them broke only has it for sevceral months we fixed it and again not stay on at all ., waste our money for nothing ., we had to call h.m often do do it and we had to bring it to eugene store etc and make us pay for ddelivery not on time etc.
ALSO THE DINING ROOM SET CHAIRS TOO CHEAP AND BREAKS EASLY ,.SEWING MACHINE HAS PROBLEMSWITH TENSION TOO MANY TIMES KEEPS BREAKING AND STUCK ALL THE TIME THATS WHY ID ONT USE MUCH >>>
