ALL TRUCK DRIVERS---BEWARE---YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS WILL BE VIOLATED!

I was a driver for Hendrickson Trucking basaewd out of Sacremento Ca.---and in 2008 I was dispatched on a load and when I arrived the load was not ready--so after waiting several hours off duty---the load was finally readsy--and requiired 8 hours to deliver---

---and I contacted dispatch---told them the load was late and as a result the load would not be delivered on time---I was not able to because of the federal regulations---I did not have time--dispatch told me to call them back--on the phone--and told me ---to falsify the log book--- and deliver this load on time-

I refused to falseify the log entry---I followed the federal laws on log book entries and I delivered the load 4 hours behind scheduled delivery time--

the next day---the manager contacted me--I explained what happened--then---they called me back and dispatch denied the fact they wanted me to falsify the log book--they said----I told them I had plenty of time to deliver the load--without falsifying the log book--

AFTER THAT THEY CONTACTED ME--AND FIRED ME FOR BEING LATE ON DELIVERING THIS LOAD--AND DISPATCH DENIED THE FACTS AND THEY LIED TO THERE MANAGEMENT AND THEY BLAMED ME FOR THE LATE LOAD DELIVERY--

BEWARE--OF HENDRICKSON TRUCKING---DONT ALLOW THEM TO RUIN YOUR DRIVING RECORD-
