HFC - Fleecing Of America - Household Finance Company Ripoff Crooks Deceptive, Liars, they will ruin your finances, don't get stuck!! Clovis California

We refinanced our mortgage at HFC in Clovis, CA and dealt with their agent at their local office. During this process we were approved for the first and HFC said that we had good credit so they were also offering a $20,000.00 unsecured line of credit. Martin told us that after 3 months we would be able to refinance this loan as a 2nd and it was not a problem. So we took it and put a new roof on the house and installed all new carpet. Well needless to say we called 3 months later and he said sorry our house was appraised not high enough and the price would not let them do this so call them back in a month or two.

We told martin that he said we would not have any problems and that is why we went ahead and got this loan, now they will not do it!!! "FLEECING of Hard Working AMERICANS!!!!!!!! Thank God we have good credit and have dealt with a Honest Credit Union, we got a 2nd and paying this loan off. We paid the balance off and HFC comes back and says "Sorry you still owe $197.00 for high balance" WHAT!!!! So we are paying this to get this DECEPTIVE COMPANY out of our lives. Now we are working on the first. Please people beware of the Deceptive practices HFC offers, you will really hurt yourselves and have no way out of paying off this loan off without refinancning this loan!

P.S. I called HFC in Clovis and told them that I had secured a loan as a 2nd to pay this loan off and they had the nerve to ask if they could send a appraiser to our property and see why their appraiser was low! I told them "NO!" I have dealt with Financial institutions over the years and these people really tried screwing us, I really feel for the people that have no other options and have to deal with HFC this deceptive company! MAJOR RIPOFF! I hope you have been warned!!!!
