I happen to have used the "weight loss pills" and they 100% work abd I believe in the company. Thats the good news!
The bad news is, the company recently sent me not the weightloss pills but metablosim pills. I contacted them via email (since there is not a phone number) and for 3 weeks I have been back and fourth with a "Deborah from Customer Serbvice" first stating - "I was wrong about the product and that they changed the diet pills to a different color". I proceeded to send her from "their advertisement" the bottle with the label "diet pills not metablosim pills". She then proceeded to say "we will look for the old pills since we changed the pills". I again said "if you changed the pills, why would you send me a bottle of "old" pills and two bottles of "new" pills with a different label?S he then apologized and said she was wrong. "Red Flag" - what customer service representative does not know their products. [continued below]....
..... I had to send her a link to HFL's site "but she works there not me" and show her what is advertised. She then asked me for both bottles ingredients. I again stated "this is your company why don't you know what is the ingredients". 3 weeks later her answer is "we are trying to find the bottles to send you in our warehouse". I said back to her "your advertising this, why dont you have them?"
It has been an awful run around. Its like the statement "Checks in the mail".
There is phone number to call and talk to a manager and I have never ever had this problem. But i also am not one to be walked on so I will go to every blog and show the "stupidty" of this customer service representative who ius asking me to send her the label on the bottles, the ingredients and then lying about her product and "its all on email" that I have copied and sent over to our lawyer.
All I asked for was "a straight" answer. So in the end, "the product does work" the company stinks in tryiong to help their customers if you have a problem. the phone listed is "not" their number and know one knows the correct number. I have sent so many emails and letters trying to receive the product I paid for and 3 weeks later "nothing".
There are so many products out there that also work, its not worth the headache. I am an honest consumer that I paid for a product and they didnt send me the correct product and they will not correct it.
