Avoid HH Greg. I needed a diswasher and the in store customer service was decent but it ended once I paid and left the store. The diswasher I picked out never came the day I made sure I was home(missed work) and when I called to ask where it was I was told that they didnt have the model I ordered and treated me like I was bothering them. They said it would be there next day. The next day the delivered the washer and never hooked the tubes up and turned it on before they left. The water was rushing through my wood cabinet and I had to call them yet again to hook up the hoses. After I cleaned up the mess I inspected the washer. They put in a model that I didnt pick up without the features I was interested in. I called to complain and talked to manager and salesperson that sold me the unit. They said that they would get to the bottom of it and get right back to me. I never heard back from them even though the unit they gave me was over a hundered dollars less then I paid for. Here is the kicker!! They gave the zero interest credit card company the wrong address after the delivered to the right address. The credit company called me 6 weeks later saying I was in default because they hadnt received payment even though they sent bill to wrong address. I paid the bill in full that moment and had to investigate if I was credit was damaged. I never heard from anyone I HH greg once after that. I tried to complain through 1800 number and website but the make it impossible to talk or e-mail anyone that cares that is if anyone does. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE!!
