This is the fifth time I have had to unhook this unit & travel to Belden Village (a one hour round trip).
Since my purchase on June 02,2003 I have had this unit in on the following dates:
The problem is the same as always. The unit sometimes plays a complete movie, other times it plays a portion of a movie & then restarts the same movie all over. Other times it plays part of a movie, stops it's self & switches to some other tray.
One time it didn't play any movie, simply locked up, would not play a movie, or allow any trays to be open.
(By the way, this time caused me to have to pay for a library movie one of your repairmen conveniently kept) Although H. H. Gregg did provide me a in store credit for that movie I did not enjoy going through that ordeal after all the problems I've already had.
It was told me at time of purchase that if a product has to be returned four consecutive times, it will be replaced or refunded. I did purchase the five year extended warranty coverage at time of purchase.
If this product is not replaced or completely refunded this time I will be filing a complaint with the B.B.B.
The unit is a lemon & has been from the start, I will not be pacified & told a song & dance till my coverage runs out!

I've enclosed a copy of my complaint to H.H.Gregg as well as a copy of my extended coverage paper, as you can plainly see I have nothing but trouble with this unit & I want my unit exchanged as was told me
It would be after four times returning it for repair!

Dear Attorney General,
I've had nothing but trouble with this unit. It has been in for repair five times to date & still is not fixed!
I purchased the extended warranty at H.H. Gregg's advise yet they are not honoring it.
The agreement states that after four times in the shop for repair they will exchange it for another unit with comparable features, yet they keep insisting on trying to repair this one.( copy of five year extended agreement enclosed), as well as copies of documents sent to H.H. Gregg & B.B.B.
B.B.B. Acknowledged my complaint but so far has done nothing for me.
I notified H.H. Gregg in Nov.2007 about my unfixed unit & was told to wait till after the Holidays to send it in for repair as they were too busy!
The unit is defective & I do not want to keep it. They have got to live up to the agreement & replace it with a comparable unit!
So far no-one has been of any help!!
