Huge warning on delivery service, you have no say in when your appliance will be delivered. They have no way to schedule an AM or PM delivery, you find out the day you are scheduled when it will be so if you need to have an appliance delivered in a certain window of time you are best to shop elsewhere. If they call and the time doesn't work for you they offer to reschedule but again you will not know when until that morning when it will be delivered (so you could end up doing this repeatedly). In our case I needed a morning delivery due to having to pick up a child from school, they cannot guarantee this so my husband took time off of work so someone would be home and I get a call with them trying to reschedule to another day after he had already left work because they manipulated their schedule to fit in a large delivery and wanted to cancel mine. Now instead of a 1 to 4 pm window I am looking at sometime later. These guys make the cable company look good!
